Q: How much access do you need into my yard?A: We need 4 feet of access for brush mowing and 10 feet for removal

Q: Do you haul away the mulched debrisA: For mowing we leave the remnants on site to compost. For removal we can either haul it away or pile it up to be burned

Q: Can you work over septics and drain fields?A. Yes, we have a small brush mower that is safe to run over sensitive ground. Digging in sensitive soil areas is not recommended.

Q: What forms of payment do you acceptA: Cash, Cashiers check, Zelle, Card

Q: Do you accept personal checks?A: Unfortunately we are not able to accept personal checks any longer.

Payment and Refund Policy50% deposit with remaining balance due upon completion. Any remaining unpaid balance may incur late fees. Payments accepted: Cash, cashiers check, Credit/debit card (3.5% processing fee), Zelle. We are unable to accept personal checks.

Cancellation PolicyPlease note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a $200 cancelation fee. If you need to reschedule we would be happy to work with you and there will not be any fee. Additional rescheduling may be considered a cancellation. If we are unable to access the property on the day of service this will be handled as a cancellation. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your day of service.
